The International Accounting Standards Committee (IASC) Foundation XBRL team is pleased to announce the release of the Italian translation of the complete label linkbases for the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Taxonomy 2009.
This Italian translation of the IFRS Taxonomy 2009 is an official IASC Foundation translation and was created using official terminology. It is the fourth translation of the IFRS Taxonomy 2009, with earlier translations including Arabic, French and Spanish.
In order to provide further support to Italian-speaking users of the IFRS Taxonomy, the following support materials and tools will be shortly be available for viewing and use in Italian:
- The IFRS Taxonomy Modules Manager (ITMM) - an online tool that guides users through the process of navigating and customising the IFRS modules that make-up the IFRS Taxonomy, and in different languages.
- The IFRS Taxonomy Illustrated – an online, a simplified view of the IFRS Taxonomy in an easy to read, visual format that does not require knowledge of XBRL, with linkages to the electronic IFRSs (eIFRS). It has been specially prepared for accountants, auditors and those wanting a comprehensive overview of the structure and content of the IFRS Taxonomy, in order to promote understanding of the Taxonomy and assist with preparing IFRS financial reports in XBRL format.
